Ensure your items are in their original packaging and were purchased within the last 30 days; please note that prescription products and services are non-refundable.

Email our Guest Experience team or visit your local OVME studio to initiate a return request and receive a Return Authorization number.
Package and Ship
Securely pack your items with the original receipt and apply the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
